Luxury Villa Petra develops on three levels with balconies and terraces providing the ultimate views and
unparalleled comfort. The high ceiling interiors have been furnished with taste and elegance and are complete
with all the comforts needed to make your vacation perfect! On the first floor, there is a light and airy master
bedroom with a queen size bed, windows and a magnificent balcony with extraordinary sea views. On the same
floor, there is a walk-in shower bathroom, a smartly equipped fitness area and finally another elegantly designed
bedroom with two single beds or depending on the guests requirements can be transformed into a king size bed. There is a large balcony with access to the patio and the pool underneath.

The lower ground family style bedroom is boasting an exceptionally filled bookcase of various genres both in
English and Greek, a king size bed, a bunk bed, and en-suite shower room. There is a patio overlooking the sea, ideal to read your book, with access to the pool above through a lavender path. For those who require it there is an attached room with a sofa bed and its own shower room, ideal for that extra guest or a nanny. The fourth step-free guest room, a separate entity with a functional kitchenette, en suite shower room, its own picturesqueveranda and direct access to the pool completes the comfortable accommodation of this stunning property. All the well-appointed four bedrooms are equipped with 100% cotton linen, wifi and air conditioning.
There is a fully equipped open plan kitchen with access to al fresco dining as well as a large charcoal grill for
BBQ’s along with a traditional wood-burning oven, promising unforgettable lunch or dinner gatherings. Following
the kitchen’s open plan there is a large dining table with a view to the pool and the Aegean Sea and comfortable
sitting areas to lounge. The main feature of the living room is the stone-built walls with its spectacular floor to
ceiling window, a fireplace and exposed wooden beams on the ceiling.
