The Location

Nestled within a historic 40,000 m² olive grove, this resort is set against the stunning backdrop of the eastern Rhodian coast. It’s conveniently located near the crystal-clear beaches of Kolymbia, Afandou, and Tsambika, and in walking distance from the center of Kolymbia, the island’s premier resort, only 25 km from Rhodes airport, Lindos, and Rhodes city.

The Accommodation

Neighborhood 12 Islands – Dodecanese -

Twelve 3-bedrooms villas inspired from the tradition of our Region (Dodecanese), which can accommodate up to 8 guests (max. occupancy). In this neighborhood the 9Deluxe and 3 Premium Villas are located.

Neighborhood Rhodian-Flora

Twelve 2 or 4-bedrooms villas inspired by the early 20th century architecture of the island which combines harmonically, Greek and Mediterranean elements with Middle East culture. Those villas can accommodate up to 10 guests (max. 8 adults). In this neighborhood the 4 Royal and 8 Grand Royal Villas are located.

All Guests can enjoy an in-Villa Breakfast concept, with top quality choices, available to order through an app or breakfast at the main restaurant. All Villas have a private pool and a covered outside dining area with BBQ, surrounded by Mediterranean gardens. Each villa offers a fully equipped kitchen and a parking area for your convenience.

The Hotel - Resort Features

The “Cymino” all – day Resto (indoor and outdoor) located next to the main pool, offering a variety of Greek, Mediterranean, and European tastes. 

“Coriandolino” Bar is located in the main building, serving coffee hot beverages and refreshing drinks. A Cigar Humidor and a Shisha Bar corner are also available onsite.

At the “Attavyros cave”, our wine cellar, numerous local wines are stored in perfect conditions. Greek Wine “101”and “ Sommelier” Master Classes are taking place on site. You can visit the caveto taste, learn, get expertise, flourish your dinner, buy or just pose for a unique photo.

The large zero - entry Swimming Pool “Paralia”, is open to all guests with sun beds and towel service. Ideal for family with babies and young kids. A sea track is available.

The “Philoxenia’’ area, serving 24/7, offers a concierge desk, a relax lounge, a Greek treatswelcome corner, a luggage room and a courtesy shower room.

Our “Elixirion - Spa” will awake one’s senses with upscale therapies based on olive oil, the secret of ancient Greeks! To be combined with a Rejuvenating visit at our Sauna or our Steam bath or the Kalithea thermal – pool.

Guests may keep their body in good shape with a daily workout at the ‘Diagorion’ Fitness area ! Guests may also order a private Yoga lesson in our designated Yoga – area. Fun activities for all, include table tennis, outdoor chess, outdoor bowling alley and pool table.

Private ceremonies (e.g. weddings, baptisms) can be also organized at the Saint Sampson church. According to the Greek Orthodox religion, Saint Sampsons the protector of Hospitality and our church is dedicated to Him.

“Avli” is a picturesque courtyard created under the shade of a huge plane tree where art exhibitions and cooking lessons of local cuisine are taking place.

‘Ecologia’ is the name of our Green Mobility Center. There you can find electric bicycles equipped with all necessary family accessories, carts and kids’ scooters. This infrastructure is electrified by solar panels, having a positive energy imprint

‘Gizani’, our kids’ area with a kids’ club, is designed to blend Nature and Fun. Juniors from all villas can play and socialize, while their parents can enjoy their holidays.
