Spòros, Onero’s all-day restaurant is inspired by the seed as a symbol of origin, earth, and life, reflecting the culinary philosophy rooted in the finest ingredients and seasonality. Focusing on the produce of Milos and the Cyclades, Spóros approaches local gastronomy through a contemporary lens, while preserving its authentic character. At the heart of the menu are indigenous tomato varieties and the traditional Milian tomato paste, Likouni, the island’s handmade traditional pasta, locally sourced lamb and goat, as well as cooking techniques deeply connected to Milos’ culinary heritage.
