Nissia Traditional Residences is a family hotel in Spetses. Located on the sea-front, just 3 minutes away from Dapia, the center of Spetses, it features the largest pool and combines tradition with modern luxury.

Designed and built in the unique architectural heritage of the picturesque and highly cosmopolitan island resort of Spetses, the complex incorporates a carefully restored early 20th century building, which has been officially declared and listed as one of the islands most significant historic monuments, and newly built high calibre residences created with taste and special care for every detail by combining tradition with modern times.

Nissia Traditional Residences comprises of studios, suites, maisonettes and towers (situated in the restored building), offering their guests a memorable full-service hotel stay.
