Alistos Hotel

Alistos Retreat Mani is a refined boutique hotel in Mani, set in the historic village of Rachi near Gythio, in Laconia. Surrounded by olive groves and overlooking the Laconic Gulf, the hotel offers a peaceful and intimate stay shaped by privacy, understated elegance and a deep sense of place.

Located just a few minutes from Gythio, Alistos is an ideal base for discovering the authentic beauty of the Mani peninsula — from nearby beaches and traditional villages to historic landmarks, coastal landscapes and scenic routes across southern Peloponnese.

The hotel is composed of three independent stone-built buildings, inspired by the austere architectural character of Laconia and naturally integrated into the surrounding landscape. Open views, calm outdoor spaces and carefully designed interiors create an atmosphere of tranquillity, discretion and quiet sophistication.

With only 14 rooms and suites, Alistos Retreat Mani offers a personal and human-scale hospitality experience. Each stay is defined by thoughtful comfort, warm service and a relaxed boutique atmosphere, ideal for guests seeking privacy, authenticity and a deeper connection with the region.
